Dr. Bounmany Kyle Keojampa

Bounmany Kyle Keojampa, MD, FACS is a graduate of Pepperdine University and the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine. His Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, Facial Plastic Surgery, and Facial Feminization Surgery training were completed at the Boston University Medical Center. He has volunteered on international medical missions to Honduras and Laos. For more than five consecutive years, he led a surgical team of Lao surgeons and anesthesiologists to perform plastic surgery, cleft lip/palate, reconstructive, and thyroid surgeries in Laos with the Lao Rehabilitation Foundation. He has presented at numerous national meetings and has published in a number of scientific journals, including the journal of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He recently authored a book chapter on nasal surgery in the textbook of Rhinology and Facial Plastic Surgery and was named Pepperdine University’s 40 Under 40 distinguished alumni.

Prior to relocating to California with his wife, Dr. Keojampa served on the academic teaching surgery faculty at both Boston University and Harvard Medical School for five years as a clinical assistant professor and clinical instructor. He was an attending surgeon at the Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary and Boston Medical Center. Dr. Keojampa is one of the most experienced FFS surgeons in the world and oversees the Facial Feminization Surgeries at Del Rey Face.

Dr. David Rosenberg

David Rosenberg, MD has demonstrated a commitment to excellence throughout his education, training, and career. He grew up in Kansas City, MO, but left the Midwest to pursue his undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude, with a bachelor’s degree in Paleobiology.

Dr. Rosenberg subsequently attended the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He served as Class President, enhancing his strong leadership and team-building skills. While at Johns Hopkins, Dr. Rosenberg realized that plastic surgery was the ideal field of medicine for him because it combined precise surgical knowledge and skill with artistry and creativity. He was accepted to the Integrated Plastic Surgery Training Program at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, considered one of the premier training programs in the country.

Following his plastic surgery residency, Dr. Rosenberg committed a year to dedicated study of peripheral nerve surgery with Dr. A. Lee Dellon in Baltimore, MD and Dr. Christopher Maloney, Jr., in Tucson, AZ. During this year, Dr. Rosenberg took an interest in the decompression of nerves for the treatment of migraine and chronic headaches. Dr. Rosenberg is a board-certified plastic surgeon, receiving his board certification in 2008.

In addition to clinical training, Dr. Rosenberg is actively engaged in advancing the field of plastic surgery, through teaching duties and research interests. He completed a research fellowship at Northwestern University. His research in wound healing, cosmetic surgery and peripheral nerve surgery has resulted in multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals and textbooks, as well as lectures at national meetings.

Dr. Farhad Sigari

Farhad Sigari, MD, FACS, top sinus and allergy specialist and founder of Del Rey MD, is the founder and Medical Director of Del Rey Face. It is his mission to provide patients with the highest level of surgical care and to deliver that care in the most efficient way possible, with minimal downtime and quick recovery time.

Dr. Sigari completed his undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering at the University of California San Diego, where he published award-winning research in the field of heart disease. Dr. Sigari next attended Chicago Medical School, earning degrees in medicine, applied physiology, and pathology. Dr. Sigari was a recipient of the distinguished Dean’s Award, as well as the Alpha Omega Alpha award. Dr. Sigari went on to complete his surgical intern training at the renowned University of Chicago Hospital, focusing on otolaryngology and head/neck surgery.

During his residency and fellowship at the University of Chicago, Dr. Sigari trained alongside internationally recognized surgeons and instructors, developing techniques in endoscopic surgery, advanced otologic and head/neck surgery, and facial plastics and reconstruction. In addition, Dr. Sigari completed comprehensive training by the pediatric head/neck surgeons at Chicago’s Comer Children's Hospital. During his residency, Dr. Sigari published multiple papers and conducted several scientific presentations at the national and international level. Dr. Sigari also has field experience, serving remote Native American communities at the Alaskan Native Medical Center.

To provide the best possible care and expertise for his patients, Dr. Sigari has passed rigorous testing and peer review to become board certified in otolaryngology (ENT, or ear, nose and throat) by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
